Synopsis English:
Totem is an emotionally powerful tour de force. This film centers on Sol, a seven year old girl who is swept up in a whirlwind of preparations for her father's birthday party. As the day builds to an event both anticipated and dreaded, Sol begins to understand the significance of the celebration, and watches as her family does the same. Tótem captures the essence of family, grief, and valuing the limited time we all share with our loved ones.
